ISTEC
Representative, Henry N. Jerez, wins the competition for Technical
Papers at the 28th Annual MAES International Symposium and Career
Fair. Sponsored by the Society of Mexican American Engineers and
Scientists. The Symposium was held on October 23rd through 27th
